Hi.. I was here at pnc yesterday as a small business customer.. Unfortunately they couldn't get me $4500 cash from my accounts.. The gentleman was saying do not enough cash available for rest of the day.. I have 4 business accounts And 1 personal account.. Can you imagine they are able to provide $4500 in cash.. I desperately called my friends to get me cash..

The branch manager was very helpful and very friendly. Opening hours on Saturday is a big plus. Great job!

Very bad workers. Bad customer service!.

Tried opening a business checking account with them. Asked me a bunch of questions that had nothing to do with opening an account. Lied to me and told me that it $1,500 to open an account with them when online it is $100 and I called another bank to confirm it. Told me it is money laundering if i put money from my personal account to my business account. I don’t typically use the race card, but I am a young black man who dealt a older white woman that I felt like that genuinely she didn’t want me to open an account with them. Very bad workers. Had 5 people working today and yet only 1 was working on the front desk while the others were talking and didnt even try to help. Only i wanted was to make a payment. And oh the guy working on the front desk seemed bothered by my presence. Who ever was in charge that day, very bad supervision here.
