Customer service is seriously lacking at this branch. Spoke w/2 reps, than escalated to a manger, Greg. He was supposed to look into the issue and get back to me. 2 weeks passed, no follow up. Called back in, spoke w/Nissa who able to get the problem resolved overnight. Hence, the 3 stars, otherwise I would have given 1.

Terrible customer service. They never have any appointments available, I have had two experiences so far where they send us elsewhere to Camp Hill and Carlisle pike branch and never have appointments. Today is my third experience where I called them to open a business account but they still didn't have any appointments available so I am going to have to find another bank for quick service.

Most worse and horrible experience with their branch and the customer service over the phone! These folks are liars they tell you one thing over the phone and a different thing in person! I will NEVER open an account with them or recommend anyone I know to this awful establishment.

Destinè was super helpful! She even took the extra time to explain things to me about the mobile banking app that I hadn’t been aware of. Best PNC location I’ve been to!

Happy to visit there. Rehana was having some difficulty to solve my problem, then Christine Eagan heard, so she came and helped to solve my work. Rehana and Branch Manager are very friendly and helpful!

Walked into the branch at 4:33 PM on a Friday and was refuse service to open a new account. I find that highly irregular for a bank you would think they want customers instead they’re more worried that they close at 5 o’clock. Terrible customer service.

This used to be my bank of choice. Friendly tellers and a local bank, but, since they have changed the hours and removed Saturday hours completely. I can no longer use their services.
