Refinanced our Home Equity Line. Great experience at closing with superb customer service by Shireen and Mary. Telephonic loan officer, Teri, was 5 Star too.

This PNC branch is the best in the area. Recently I have been needing to travel a lot and the team were very helpful in preparing me for my trips so I have the appropriate currency and I can use my account overseas. I highly recommend that if you go there you get taken care of by Kristen. She is always helpful and has such a positive energy about her. The excellent customer service here has made me a customer of this branch from now on.

I walked in to open an account. I was basically interrogated and fired with suspicious questions regarding my intentional usage of the accounts I wanted to open, which I answered. After answering the questions honestly, I was told my request to open an account was rejected. When I asked why, I was told the reason was "the way the conversation was going." I was upset and confused and walked straight into Capital One next door, where I was greeted warmly and treated respectfully.

Maddie really helped me out today, even though it wasn't convenient for her I'm sure. She is great! Thank you Maddie!

I opened an account with PNC. They made a mistake putting my information in while I provided all the information required. A few months later, I decided to convert my savings account to a checking so I could conduct certain transactions without them blasting my phone. A few weeks later, they sent me a letter saying my account will be closed and to call a number for more info. I did, the rep told me she couldn't see the reason why and cut me off. I couldn't believe it. I decided to go to the branch and for some reason, the whole PNC bank, a NATIONAL BANK, couldn't tell why my account was being closed, and literrally wouldn't do anything about it. I decided to go ahead and just close the account instead of waiting for them to sent me my monwy through the mail. PNC then decided to CHARGE ME $25 to close the account that THEY decided to close anyway for no reason at all. I asked why, they said because I'm closing it early. Mind you this is the account that they were closing without knowing why, THEMSELVES. They told me I had to wait 2 weeks before I hear anything back about my money. THEY NEVER CALLED .

I do daily deposits..... The old staff was super fast and friendly. It seemed like overnight they hired a whole new team. The first couple of times i could clearly notice it was much slower. A few days later I was told my deposit was wrong. Which i ended up counting in his face as he YELLED to the people in line that "it could take some time". He ended up being wrong. LEAD TELLER. This place has just become horrible .

The bank Teller named "J" couldn't do a simple job and withdraw some money out from my checking out. Instead, he moved my money around from my savings to my checking without my consent. And better yet, didn't tell me what he did! I don't trust this bank anymore!

They are the best. This is my favorite branch. Everyone there is super friendly. Best staff hands down.

I had to get a replacement debit card. Sharon was fast and super friendly.
