Complete trash bank. On multiple occasions I’ve tried getting a hold of these people to take care of my banking needs and never an answer. I myself have walked in here and called while standing near the desk just to see if anyone can pick up. The dial is so low that I can’t even hear while standing directly next to the phone. I’m told they don’t answer when a customer is in front of the desk. Total lie. Like I said I’ve called while in the bank. They don’t have even close to enough business to disregard the phone line. Again, this bank is complete trash if you aren’t present face to face with the teller.

Terrible financial advice. Self serving financial advisors. Worried about commission not what's right for client.

I used to love PNC bank when I first started with them seven years ago, I'm now looking for a different bank because of the unacceptable fees that they give to you for no good reason. I have the virtual wallet, which has three different accounts; a spend, a reserve, aba a growth. When I would get paid, I would transfer my bill money to a separate account, and then move it back over into my spend when it was time for them to come out. They charged me 15 dollars just for transferring consistently to help myself budget. One time a bill came out of the wrong account, even though I had the money in another account through them and linked to the same account number, they still charged me 36 dollars for the overdraft and wouldn't give it back to me. They said that it was an appropriate fee for what happened and that I should budget better. I explained to the manager what happened and that I had the money in my growth, but they took the bill out of my growth, he said the same thing the associate did but with more ignorance. I will now be switching to another bank.

Greedy bank who constantly changes to cost you more in handling fee and such . They are well known for breaking their word . About half the staff look at you and talk to with a tone denoting their contempt for you . the staff is real uppity ! Don't bank here !!!!!

I have been waiting on the phone for well over 15 minutes to track down an account problem for a friend. I'm glad I bank at Marquette and First National Bank. I never have to wait so long.
