Northwest Bank S Main St, Meadville

Waited 10 min in the drive thru after I sent a deposit in the canister. No one greeted me or said, "I'll be right with you." Nothing but waiting...with no explanation of why it was taking so long. Multiple negative experiences have involved tellers who were not pleasant or conscientious. Very disappointed.

The drive thru service is awful. You have to wait in line for a very long time. So then you use the debit machine to make deposits and there's a line for that to or the machine is broken. Ever since the panfemic has started I hardly get to use the drive thru service and am forced to use the debit machine after work at midnight. Terrible service and northwest us closing places because we prefer this they stated.

The drive thru service is horrible! I just spent 40 min in line. When I finally got to a teller I had to continue waiting before they even spoke to me. The speed of this bank needs to be handled.

Hope you like paper statements. Even if you specifically say no paper statements when signing up you'll still get them. No matter how many times you tell them to stop sending and CHARGING you for statements that you dont want, they will still send and charge you for paper statements.

you can not get through the drive thru in less then 30 min! Something needs to be done to get things moving faster!

This bank offers great customer service. All of the tellers are considerate and attentive to detail. I just wish they would offer better interest rates. They've recently changed their checking accounts a bit so I no longer get fee free checking and they started charging to mail statements so now I have to have them emailed to me.

We will give them one star (only because there is not a negative star option). Northwest Bank is NOT a good option for a home mortgage. Our recent attempt left us homeless (living in a hotel), our belongings stored and our stress level through the roof! Not only was our loan NOT completed on time, but the people at the Warren branch (where mortgages are handled) refused to communicate with us! We called over and over again as our moving date approached--nothing. Only Matt at the Meadville Branch would even answer his phone and try to help. His efforts were appreciated, but they just were not enough to get the other office to do its job.

Based on the line, I’m guessing they were giving away free money. Unfortunately, I had too much and wanted to make a deposit. Rather than spend an hour standing in line, I decided to use the ATM, but it wouldn’t accept deposits. Thankfully, it’s only money and not something you want available in a timely manner.

I can NEVER get through the drive thru in a timely manner. I have several banks I use and this by far is the worst with customer service done in a timely fashion.

Very friendly employees and service has been great!
