PNC Bank Refugee Rd, Pickerington

The notary, Holly, is incompetent. She had to ask 6 different people if she is allowed to notarize a simple document. Called Huntington while waiting for her to figure it out and drove over and was out in minutes. Don’t offer a service if you don’t know how to perform that service.

When my daughter turned 18 we closed her joint savings account and she opened her own. Now a year and a half later she overdrew her account and PNC took it from our savings account. We came in to find out how our money disappeared, and they told us about this. They would not give us our money back and said our accounts were linked. We closed all of our PNC accounts since they wouldn't help us. I do not recommend them since they will not help you when they make a mistake.

Make sure you watch the tellers very closely and count your money yourself before leaving very poor job on pnc investigation they wouldn't even go over the cameras all they could tell me was that everything on their end was accounted for but what about my money that's not accounted for I don't even care about getting the money back really I care about this happening again to someone else getting rob by the teller with a smile on their face shame shame shame pnc

The teller didn't know anything and acted like she didn't care that she didn't know anything. I gave it 2 stars because the relationship banker was super awesome prior to this visit.

Close at 5 i was there at 4:48 to try and apply for a loan me rushing to make it because i work late everyday and they cant help because there are closing soon as far as i know you close the doors at 5:00 but assist everyone inside until the last person very poor service might just change banks because of this

UNPROFESSIONAL ALL THE WAY!! ""Bank Officers"" lack followup with Customers. Customers are treated like a number, rather than a VALUED ASSET. The ""OFFICERS"" NEED TO REMEMBER WHY THEY ARE AT THIS BRANCH.

They didn’t want my money in their bank. I took my services elsewhere. I think the only hire rude people!

I cannot say enough about how unprofessional this bank is! After not getting an answer to a "simple" question I was transferred to the customer service line and... OOPS! They answered the phone 'accidentally' so I listened to them chat in their call center for about 6 minutes.... Never did get a response from anyone. This was not my first experience with the extraordinary lack of customer service from PNC Pickerington

PNC with the personal Banker is very Important to me. Hellen Hathoway was my 1st. Fantastic,helped me many times. Now I have Kevin Malone. He is always willing to assist,advise and return all my calls or emails. Personal Banking is the Mustard on a hot dog. You want a ballpark Hot-dog, cold or warm like your beer or soda, Go to another Bank. Want the works? Go with Kevin and the nice crew at PNC Pickerington Ohio

The staff in this location offers the best customer service i’ve ever experienced. Thank you for being kind and understanding guys!
