We have been working with Dominique Brunet at the Westerville branch to help us get my Father’s affairs in order after he passed. Dominique treated us like family. He sat with us and walked us through everything we need to know and do to care for our accounts. I can’t tell you how nice it is to be able to work with someone who truly cares about the customer. I have been a customer for many years and we brought our non profit to them as well and this just solidified the reasons we will never leave. I’m so Thankful for everyone at CME and Dominique who goes above and beyond every day!

We have been working with Dominique Burnet at the Westerville branch of CME. My husband passed away recently and I was lost in a mire of uncertainty. Thanks to Dominique the transition was much easier than I could have ever anticipated. He was kind and compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly. He couldn’t have been more helpful. How fortunate we are to have had this most pleasant experience at such a difficult time.

We opened a savings account for my 9 year old grandson today Tiffany was our Rep. She was very kind and professioal.

The tellers are always very helpful and kind. I appreciate their discretion as well, if they see someone else in my car or in the lane next to me they are careful about how they disclose my personal information. I wish they gave 24 hours to fix overdrafts like some other banks but other than that I love this credit union and am glad to have been a member for years.

My account had an unauthorized transaction. Tiffany Banks was very patient. She helped me resolve the problem as best she could by opening a new account and closing the previous account. She was the calm in the middle of my storm. Tiffany gave me hope and offered solutions that worked best for me.

If I may, I went into this Pickerington branch not knowing what to expect keeping in mind leaving one federal credit union so I didn’t know what to expect I get in with the company of my husband he has been a member of this credit union for years never heard him complain not once I was very impressed as I enter I meet this wonderful wonderful branch manager took her time explaining every detail from A-to-Z very impressed not only was I impressed I open up a new account and so in so many words I am a new family member of CME I can say nothing but good words about the staff the well upkeep of the branch and the red carpet treatment I received!,.. I am well pleased with my decision,,,,,,.
