I have always had very good experiences here. From savings to investments they have been great at answering any questions or concerns i mite have. People are friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been banking with PNC for a while now and never had issues. Recently moved to the area and used this branch and it made me immediately regret having a PNC account. The bank teller was "new" so they used that excuse as why my money was not available when they told me it would be, and then when confronting the issue the Assistant manager had the audacity to argue with me and essentially told me it doesn't make a different and does not see the issue. The issue is I could have taken my money to a different bank and had it available by the time they told me it would be. The customer service is non-existent and clearly the employee are not very well trained. Bad look for a business in which should hold their customers trust since dealing with their money. Awful experience and am willing to go out of my way to avoid this branch. Thumbs all the way down.

I’ve had no issues, even when they’re busy they seem to get you out pretty fast.
