PNC Bank Mcfarland Blvd, Northport

This place is an absolute joke of a financial institution. If you want to be scammed out of your hard earned money in hidden fees etc then this is the bank for you. Just as an example they are trying to charge 2% to cash a check with zero maximum. They are trying to force you to become a member to cash a check written from PNC for non account holders. I understand charging a few dollars to cash the check but not having a maximum limit is just a joke in todays world. I will be doing everything that I can to keep people from banking here. I am sick of bankers/financial institutions that are not customer centric in the least bit. Closed during hours when a regular blue collar worker can even access the facility. Ridiculous fees. I am more than just a number on a piece of paper. The employees at this branch were rude and very inattentive. If you want personalized service and a bank that works for their account holders and are in the Tuscaloosa area give Bryant Bank a try. They have absolutely blown me away each time I have had to do business with them.

Hate this bank the customer service is horrible! Never had any issues with BBVA but yea today was my final day.

They ruined the good relationship with BBVA, I lost my job they charged me a 36 dollar overdraft fee for 2 fn cents!!!! I’m gone, screw this bank! I hope they burn!

Not a particular fan of PNC as a company, but the folks at this branch are always very friendly and helpful. Banks have worked really hard to alienate their customers, but the folks here combat that effort with their helpful attitudes and friendly smiles.
