Jill was a nice lady to work with but got to run around trying to get a personal loan for the structural damage to my building. went to a credit union and got approved in 10 minutes

We find that the manager is quick to pass you to another department, if you are calling on the phone. When in reality, she should know the answer, if she would be more patient and take the time to understand the question.

I deposited a check on Sat...only find that PNC holds checks for what they call 2 business days...lol...too bad they forget to mention that Sat doesn't count as a business day...so its actually 4 DAYS! I was told by the Manager...that they would cover up to $100 dollars until the check clears. Well that's a lie too. Here I sit in the parking lot for curbside take out with a DECLINED debit card. Thank you PNC for your wonderful customer service...can't wait to hear this excuse.

The staff at this branch is always helpful and friendly. I've been banking at this branch for almost half a year and I have yet to have a negative experience.

I like that I can deposit cash at anytime and it immediately goes into my account. There have been times the bank is closed, and during covid especially being able to deposit cash and babe it immediately have it available in my account has saved me from from late rent payments. It's invaluable to me to be able to do that. Also thank you for giving me am email to alert me of an overdraft and a chance to correct it before immediately adding on charges. Mistakes happen And I appreciate that you take that into consideration. Also thank you for reimbursing me for any atm fee I get charged if I have to use a non pnc atm.

Please avoid this location for banking transactions or anything outside the usage of ATM. I have scheduled appointments on several occasions and have been dissatisfied on every visit. The level of customer service is not of what one would expect from a bank. My very first appointment for a wire transfer was not valued. I arrived 5 mins before my schedule to expedite my transaction, and assure that I would be seen; however, someone was either given the same time frame or walk-ins are valued over appointees. There are a couple more incidents, but I digress..... Choose wisely.

This branch always serves me well. They are truly committed to their customers. Brittany went above and beyond today to make a loan go smoothly. Everyone at this branch is professional and extremely helpful.
