    The employees here are absolutely clueless. PNC bank seems to hire for reasons other than ability and intelligence. Some branches are better than this one but it is disturbing that a large company would have such simpletons. After a call to their corporate office, I understand that it is just luck that I got good people at other branches. The main office in pigsburg has no clue either. Time to leave this bank and go to the next.

    Wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to learn what to do and then told me the system is down. Employees at this bank are very undertrained apparently.
