TD Bank Godwin Ave, Wyckoff

Excellent, efficient, and friendly staff at this branch. Shawn helped us create a new account and made it an easy process. I know Javier from the Ramsey branch who also is a great help. Tellers greet you when you walk in. Its a nice facility. Highly recommend.

Worst TD bank I've ever been to. Unprofessional staff. Was in the process of creating two business accounts, and closing on the account creation. The bank manager walked over and started questioning me for all sorts of paperwork that I had already provided to the executive that was working my account creation. The manager had no idea what this was even about, nor did she even look into the details of the case or dual account creation. She just demanded that I show one specific paperwork. I had proof of legal corporation filing and the executive even looked it up in the state database of filed corporations. The SS4 document was en route to my headquarters, and my EIN was issued via online portal. She said a print out of it was not good enough and that the physical paperwork from IRS was needed...absolutely Insane. Highly dissatisfied. 1/5 stars from me. Closing my personal bank account shortly with TD.

The worse Td bank I been in my life they have no experience at allllll I hope TD will do something with inexperienced employees n get right Ppl there waist of time i do get paid from same company for almost 3 years n today she sed owww signature is different r u kidding me I went to next branche without any problem

In general TD Bank sucks, but the one on Godwin Ave in wyckoff is the absolute worst. I have never had a good experience dealing with any of their employees. Most of them are downright rude.
