PNC Bank US, Daphne

The transition from BBVA has not been the best. The employees at PNC at this location have performed as best they can. Most customers while I have been in the branch have been disgruntled or unhappy. I have seen these PNC employees perform to the very best of their ability and that is all they can do. It's not perfect but nothing is. I appreciate their best efforts.

Whenever I have gone there the staff was extremely professional and I was geetedwith a warm smile and hello. The to staff made sure all my needs were met. Thank you PNC for giving such great service

They need more employees at this branch especially after the merge with BBVA. The wait times are too long for simple things such as cashing a check.

Been on hold for 22 minutes without speaking to a human being.

I had a horrible experience with this location. One of our accounts was transferred inncorectly from BBVA Compass , where I was listed on my daughters savings account as minor and she was listed as a guardian, which means that I have had no access to this account now for over two weeks. I thought this would be an easy fix since everyone in the bank was able to see that it was an error. First I talked to banker Jonathan who assured me that he will take care of this problem and would call me that same afternoon ( it was a week ago and I am still waiting). After that I talked to another lady banker who also assured me that this problem will be solved and did nothing. Finally today I talked to Ronald Collins who was very professional and resolved the problem immediately. That tells me that those other two bankers could do it right away as well. Amazing incompetence. Also to be ale to talk to someone on the phone from this location is practically impossible - after being on hold for 10 minutes it always gets disconnected. $18K may not be much but on principle I should not be deprived of my savings account. This should have been a much bigger priority. I'm just having trouble understanding how this could be any more complicated than changing the ring tone on my phone.

I walk in and wait for over 10 minutes, nobody says a word to me. A guy comes in and waits behind me and almost immediately a woman walks over to him and asks how she can help. I was completely invisible. I guess his money was a lot more important than mine. They have also closed their drive-thru window and only have an ATM in place of it now; might be fine for some folks but a huge inconvenience for a lot of others.

I have typically had good experiences here. The tellers are friendly and I haven't had any issues with their 24-hour ATM yet. This is the best PNC location in the Daphne/Spanish Fort area. This location is my go-to.

The tellers are extremely friendly! Dice thru is always fast and I'm excited for the updated atm coming soon!

Best branch in Baldwin county by far!
