PNC Bank Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington

Well, On 7-12-2022 Tuesday Now I see very clearly why it’s A 2.6 rating.🤭 🤭> At 11;00 am the woman Bank tell was Not being Bank Professional the one who operated to the far right. I came in with wrap coins like I have before nothing new. Had her before but, only this time she refuse to feel out my deposit slip even after All my information was pull up. She then tied to a tell me I’ve filled out the deposit slip the other day and i did not..( Their cameras ) can prove that she lie again to tell me that I signed the deposit slip the other day WOW! I have a Disability too my right hand have not been able to use it for multiple months now.SMH at the lies and as well as the treatment I’ve received..I’ve Banking with PNC 25 yrs in…

I think the tellers at this bank are always helpful and nice! I have been coming to this branch for years and have never had any issues. I am have been to other PNC’s and all of them are very nice. I have cashed checks , deposited and exchanged currency at this branch. I am greeted by a very nice guard at the door and the bank employees are very nice always. I have had times where they could not help me with something as would happen at any bank. I don’t think that changes my opinion of them in anyway. They always do their job well and I like coming to this bank.

Always find super helpful people with my account! Awesome customer service, in my opinion. I've been customer here, for years! ❤️

I agree with William Chong regarding drive in and tellers. VERY SLOW AND INEXPERIENCED. However, as a bilateral amputee and wheelchair dependant, this branch (Elsmere) is the only branch I have access to. It appears that their turnover in their management and other employees seems to be quite high. FYI, they have been improving, so far slow good.

The most inexperienced lot of tellers I've ever had. Wouldn't accept a certified check from a different bank and had me go to the atm. Delaying my plans. Will not be going back here. Ever.

Ok branch. I certainly wouldn't recommend this location at all especially for your business services. It is an inconvenience to use the ATM as it never works properly. See today's pic, got smart and captured it this time. Has been almost a year with consistent ATM issues when doing my business transactions. Disappointment!! Go to the next PNC and save yourself time.

I was making a deposit and only had my card. So the teller made me write down my account number as she was loud saying it to me. What happen to proper protocall and customer service. Very rude teller and I'll go to another PNC. Where you are appreciate as a customer and receive better attention. Do Not Recommend this Location.

I came in to get rates for foreign currency exchange. The rep took super long to find the information. The rate she finally gave was a factor of 10 different than the rates on Travelex, so it was obviously incorrect. I asked her to check again, even showed her my phone screen with the current rate on Travelex. She argued with me that there are small fluctuations in the currency market. I calmly told her that 10x is a not a small fluctuation, and to please check again that she is looking at the right currency. She refused and tried to argue with me that she is right. I ended up just leaving and taking my business elsewhere.

Maisha the manager is rude and horrible. We drove 30 minutes to this branch so my son who's got an account here, as I do could get money off his pay card and I called ahead of time to see if they would help us and after spending 20 minutes in line she wouldn't let him. I am going to find another bank to do business with from now on.
