A friendly staff, and a clean location. the have a drive up ATM and also are able to give you a new debt card if you card breaks. Love WSFS and will continue to use this location.

Today the 7-17-17 I received a call from my former bank wsfs. I moved out of state and close my account. They said that a owe them $20.11 and fees. Not a problem i said it's just $20.11 whether is true or not. They had send me a letter to the address I provided but I was currently on vacation. I UNDERSTAND! what I don't understand is that almost 30 days into the debt I had to pay almost 64.00 in fees plus $15.00 dollars to pay over the phone and of course the $20.11. For almost 30 days $20.11 turns into $64.00 dollars in fees! Your welcome for the last 14 years of business that I gave you.

Great Bank and always looks out for the customers. One other great feature here is if you lose your debit card there is no waiting 5-10 business days because they can print a new one in minutes.

This branch is consistently slow and the tellers don't care while you stand there in line and they do nothing. This happens nearly every time I go there.
