    BBVA is a horrible bank. I have had numerous issues over the years but I will just write about the latest one. My debit card was set to expire in July so I had been checking for a new card in the mail like always. I called and they said that they had a little delay but I would have it by August 2nd. Aug 2nd came and went so I called again and they said I would have it by the 5th and that didn’t happen. I went to the local branch to get it resolved and still one hasn’t shown up. Today is August 11th. It has been 11 days since my card expired and still no debt card. This is a HuGE Inconvenience especially by I have things that are on autopay and it’s causing me to get behind although the money is there.
