PNC Bank Boylston St, Boston

My brother Sean passed away in November in Wilmington, DE. PNC was the bank he used. I live in Cambridge,MA. I called PNC in Boston and made an appointment. It is a small very personal bank. My appointment was with Reagan Olson, who was in from Kansas City. She could not have been more helpful. I had one more appointment with her and I was able to close my brother's Estate on that day, receive checks from his account and believe me I learned a lot from Reagan. As one does during difficult situations that are new to you. I highly recommend PNC. The other employees that greeted me on both occasions were so nice and attentive. Reagan Olson mentioned she would be returning to Boston again. It was very nice to meet her and I would highly recommend PNC. Judith💥

Absolutely horrible experience. They were incapable of doing a simple banking task for me. And then when I called back after to get the error corrected, I ended up with even more charges to my account and errors than what happened to begin with.

I’ve used PNC for over ten years and have always had great experiences. Most recently, I was helped at this branch by Oleavia, who was very kind and patient in explaining things to me.

This Bank has stolen money from a small business. It's client made a fraud dispute against my company and with all the facts and paper trails submitted it still decided not to pay the amount rightfully owed. If they want this review removed, they will have to contact Boundless Limousine at 774-415-3244 and ask for Kyle.
