PNC Bank S Eola Rd, Aurora

Drive through takes way to long. NEVER PAY YOUR BILL HERE. I always count my money 3 times before paying my bill and this young lady there always tells me I'm short when I know for a fact I put the full amount owed.

I advise no one to ever bank with pnc bank they screwed me out of money recently in favor of another bigger account that banks with them and charged me a lot of fees for something that never should have been allowed. Then it took over a week of going into the bank and repeated calls after I empty my account and went to a new bank to get my accounts closed. Today for example I was on the phone for 2hrs trying to get in touch with thier corporate office and was transferred 14 times to branch offices that kept kicking me back to the corporate number just to get sent to another branch office This was the height of stupidity with the biggest runaround I ever gone thru in my life thier customer service sucks and they care about thier bits accounts not individual accounts Simply put pnc sucks

I'm not even a customer at this bank but I live nearby and needed change for a $50 bill (garage sale). I called and they were super nice over the phone, telling me to come on in and they'd be happy to help me out. And in - person they were every bit as nice. Great customer service!

Discriminatory employment practices. Was told one reason why I was terminated was due to they saw the top of my head too much, because I was too tall and had to look down at the register to process a transaction. Mentioned that was the reason why, manager denied that. I can physically prove it. I'm 6' 8.

Never been to this PNC before, are the atms normally all the way to the left on the building? Guess I'm used to Chase Banks where the self serve ATM is always on the right. But hey, still worked perfectly fine and only had to wait about 30 seconds to use it. Machine looks like it has taken some damage, there was duct tape on the top hahaha. The location I feel is good and was easy to take a left into which was nice. If i need to go back I'll definitely use this location again.

This is now a "digital location" and they have no tellers available to withdraw cash. Absolute garbage facility now.

No longer have a teller at this location. No notice or email about it. Wasted trip to make my mortgage payment.

Worst drive thru service ever! No one told me that they had other people waiting inside and left me waiting there until I buzzed and asked what was going on. Then they decided to tell me there were people in front of me. I would have been fine with that had they acknowledged me from the beginning...
