Earthmover Credit Union Ogden Ave, Oswego

What I don’t understand is when I go inside a bank/credtunion to establish new account or whatever I need, the information given should be correct and all done that day. My other biggest problem is there is no customer service after a certain hour, but they have help for online banking reset passwords. The customer service inside the branch is ok, but a lot of them are very uninformed, I cant take it no more, I’m dropping them.

"Customer service" is a joke. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere... You could start by getting my name right.

It was a fantastic experience in this brach. Stephane is the name of the representative that took care of me. She was very professional and really helped me with everything to complete my loan process. Thanks Stephane for your great service. I recommend come to this branch, ask for her help, you will be very please with her outstanding service.

No customers were in the bank and it took the banker 20 minutes just to call us to open an account. I would have been in and out already going to a regular bank. They are slow and do not care definitely would not reccomend.

Awesome and fast services.. Stacy fuller helped me out alot on my vehicles and will be coming back for a home loan. Best rates anywhere!!

Definitely need to better with the calls. 1 hour waiting just to figure out why my card keeps getting declined and can't get a hold of the right department for some ODD REASON. No Member services NOOOTHING. annoying. And still didn't get to talk to Anyone ! Ridiculous!

Tried to share on actual website but it wouldn't take review. Want to give a shout out to Stephanie Alcala. She just helped my son secure a 25,000 car loan! She also helped my daughter a few years back as we found a beautiful Nissan Rogue used with lower mileage. Too bad it was at the Mercedes Benz Dealership. The Finance people were not helpful or interested in giving us financing. The wanted to charge 12.62 interest. I said no. We went back to Earthmovers where they know us and Stephanie helped us. We walked into that dealership with a check in hand and a 4.4 % rate. Love this place! Sandy Chavez

I have been working with Earthmover almost 10 years now. It started as a business transaction and slowly moved into my personal life and reccomendations. From buying a card, to helping someone start establishing credit, to IRA accounts, checking and equity lines of credit. I am e tremly impressed and proud to be a customer, client and a fan of Earthmovers Credit Union. I cannot thank them enough for their services, professionalism and staff!

Extremely rude. HORRIBLE. I mean FOUL management. I see the way they treat their employees! Which explains the HORRIBLE SERVICE! This business needs to be SHUT DOWN.

I have been to a few other branches but I have to say this one is the worst! I arrived at 5:58 on a Thursday and the male teller at the window told me they were closed and could not service me.
