PNC Bank Maple Ave, Zanesville

This bank is trash. Best go to a real bank like Chase. PNC will screw you over any chance they get. Paying your credit cards will take the next business day, sometimes not even then. I usually have to wait 3 days till the money goes through. The staff is aweful at this branch, most staff are rude and nosy about what your taking money out for, like it's any of their business. Even wants to know what job you have, again, none of their business. Even trying to get online support to stop a fraudulent reoccurring payment they won't do it, they will twll you they can only let the fraud charge to your account & *maybe* they will reimburse you if you file a claim with them after they take your money. They might reimburse you if the bank thinks it's necessary. This bank does not support their coustomers, they are only out to profit off you.

I have never been in this bank before today. Have always went to the South branch. With many customers I was unsure where the line was. Instead of standing there staring at me someone could have kindly informed where the line was. Will be finding a different location to go. Perhaps a different bank PNC has made it difficult to find a local location.

Started my account at this branch and after several issues, I began only going to the south branch. Since using the south branch as my primary bank, I have interacted with the maple branch 2x. Both times served as reminders as to why I should stick to the south location. Not sure whether it is a training issue or whatever it may be, but it is sad.

Very disappointing experience with their business banking people.

Long lines to wait in sweltering heat. This is not the first time. I was driving south on 60 to pull in from Maple but there was a line that extended nearly to Maple Ave so I continued on. I don't have lots of money but what I do have is not going to be in there much longer. Every time I call I am put on hold for 5-10 minutes. I was prepared to deposit money into my account but now , as soon as I can, I am going to withdraw all my money and use the bank for credit card only. They should never have closed PNC South Branch. Your loss!

So as a member of this bank of this bank....I lost my wallet got a check to cash and they say No! And I need money to get all new creditals to have ID And other things. But why if I'm a member I have to go thru these things! This is not a bank I want yes I have an expired ID? But I'm a member is this Real?

Best service and it continues to grow and get better. I've been with the bank since it was National City and usually only use this branch. Always friendly and helpful.
