Chase Bank Brandywine Blvd, Zanesville

I thought California chase was bad. The Chase employee that helped me with my problem was very rude disrespectful and act like a Miss Goody two shoes.. I will never attend to this Branch ever again I wanted to reach over that counter and slap her some how to be respectful juice. I'm from Ventura California, but these people in Zanesville Ohio are one this respectful Chase branch that I will never go to again Ventura California gives up nothing but respect but they needville they need to learn about respect especially the young teller that attended to my need

If I could only leave zero stars... I have never experienced such rude and unhelpful people in all my banking transaction. You can't even get them to answer the phone half the time! Tellers act like you are imposing on them when you come in and personal bankers are a joke. They treat you like they are the only bank in town, and thankfully they aren't! Moving all of my accounts away from this branch and organization, never to return!

They never answer the phone. Have been trying to get ahold of someone in business banking for a week, but nobody ever answers.

This bank is ridiculous, it takes them 10 days to pay a check from the u.s. treasury. They are rude as well as ignorant. PATHETIC

Atm is always broke down.. getting to be annoying at this point

Ladies are very polite and eager to help you out a great place to go to deal with banking

I wish I could give this bank a "0" rating. It's a joke. Too bad it's the only Chase bank in Zanesville.

Same thing happened to me, but she got her phone and walked around the corner as I walked to her window, but everyone else there was on phones as well. Guess management must be blind to see whats going on. Will go to other locations for now on.

Puts holds on ALL your checks so you work all week to get paid then have to wait another week while they process it HORRIBLE
