PLS Loan Store W North Ave, Melrose Park

Love this place! It has been a mostly great experience. The manager Belen is awesome, she is very knowledgeable of her job and is always there to answer my questions. The only thing keeping this from getting a 5 star rating from me is the fact that they change staff too much. I go in and there is someone new who is clueless which I kind of understand because they are new. Also I dont know what is going on with the company where outside establishments are not cashing their checks and freezing my debit card when I try to make a payment accusing PLS of fraud. I really hope that is not the case and PLS get this situated immediately!

I called this location to inquire about a loan. I spoke with Jessica and she was very friendly and informative. She really made me feel like she wanted my business. It was a very pleasant experience! Awesome customer service!

I went to this PLS to load my xpectation pre paid debit card that i bought from a different location but still a PLS,And the young lady told me we dont load this card. So i called the customer service number and a representative gave me a list of stores that load the card and 1527 west north ave was one of them. So this bed wetting thot was too lazy to press buttons on her computer to load my card. Society is lazy and have no reason to be upset when machines start taking there simply and easy jobs away

This place is a joke. Yes they give you cash fast, however the staff isn't consistent with the information they provide. Every time you contact them to get a pay off amount on a specific date,every rep gives you a different amount for the same date. As if they trying to take extra money on the side or something. I wouldn't come here ever again.

I came to this location to get information on taking out a loan. To my surprise, I was immediately greeted by the staff, which made me feel welcomed. The manager Belen was very nice and friendly. She answered all my questions with no hesitation and gave me a lot of info. You can tell she knows what she's talking about and wanted my business. Very great experience! Looking forward to bringing my business here!

Obviously I'd hope not to need a loan again but if so I'd definitely come to PLS. Kayla at the Melrose Park location was very professional and kind and made sure everything as far as repayment and terms was fully understood.

I went to this location looking for a loan. Belen assisted me and she was an exceptional helper. She answered all my questions that I needed and gave out additional information. She was never unaware of what to do or how to answer something. She really knows how to perform her position at the store. I was very pleased with my experience

Don't ever use this store. I had 2 bad experiences in this store. First one was just completely terrible because I was working almost everyday so I wasn't always available to go into the store to pay my bill so I would always send my aunt who was always willing. If my aunt wasn't able to go on Friday they would take it out of my debit card when I had already told them I would go into the store. I'd decided to give them another try and it turns out that it didn't work for crap!! After my fiancée lost his job and I was the only one working they put in the check that I gave them after being late on the payment for 2 weeks. I will never use this company again. And not to mention that they forced the check in so that I go over on the bank. Oh but they get their money. And let's also add the thousand calls and messages from a mean lady called Ms. Robinson to that. Terrible company. I am warning you so you don't go through what I do. The only nice lady which I was transferred to without even letting me know was Sharon from collections who was trying to help me through everything, but of course the company would not let her. Terrible.

Jessica from Melrose Park pls on North avenue was such a sweetheart and was so helpful I'll forever come here for any of my loan needs! Highly recommend this place and this place only!!!
