If I could give them less stars I would.. we all fall on hard times but I wouldn’t recommend this place for a loan. Shady business practices nasty employees and managers that don’t even have the decency or respect to apologize when they are wrong. I got a title loan with them some years back and paid it off. They harassed my friends relentlessly if you were even one hour late which is ridiculous. Two months after I paid off the loan and received my title back, I walked outside to go to work and my car was gone. I called the police and they said it was repossessed. I said how I own the car?! I called the recovery place and they said they were sent by PLS. I called PLS and was given the run around for over an hour being passed from place to place even at corporate. The recovery place had to bring my car back to my house and I was missing things from my car. They apologized for my inconvenience but showed me the recovery paperwork where they were sent out to get the car. I missed a day of work and had to send my kids last minute to school with someone. Never once got a call back from PLS management to apologize after leaving numerous messages about the situation because I got fed up with the management in the store telling me “maybe if you paid the loan they wouldn’t have taken it” They wouldn’t have brought the car to me if they were not in the wrong. Period. I definitely did not deserve that kind of treatment especially when it was their mistake not mine. Never again!
