I had the pleasure to work with Marcos Ortega. He was always very helpful with any questions or concerns I had and made the process very smooth. He went above and beyond to help me with my home mortgage. He was very patient and walked me through every step of the way and I am very thankful for that, his communication was always awesome even on weekends or at a later time of the day didn’t matter he would always pick up or call back right away. I would recommend him to friends, coworkers, and family members because he is by far the best mortgage loan officer.
