The new owner Pawn shop Mike and his co-worker Fast Brian are great and more fair than any other Pawn shops I've been to. It's in a great spot off of Planefield and their always getting new stuff in. I stop in a couple times a week. They have MacBooks, laptops, current game systems, retro, all the band equipment you can think of (Gibson Les Paul!) and tons of tools - Milwaukee, Dewalt, Rigid, Craftsman and fine jewelry. Something for every one. I just picked up a brand new Aura Wellness Massager for the wife. I'll be back soon!

Very good place to go to the customer service is great specially if you have any questions plus they do seem to be honest. I am always happy to stop by they'll also cleaned my jewelry for free.

This man knows his products well priced. If I could give 10 I would seriously.. Another thing about him I personally respect. Be honest with him he will help u in any way he can .. honestly being a pawn shop that's a rare quality to have. I come from the east side of the state. Plus lived I. Florida for a few years been around pawn shop dealer's all my life. He's honest.

Absolute garbage pawn shop. Rude service, tried to rob me of my items. I understand pawn shops low ball you, but they're ridiculous. They like to talk to you in a condescending tone, like they're all high and mighty. Unremarkable employees and service.

Jimmy always went out of his way to make sure my family was well taken care of we were all grateful for all his services thank you Jimmy at Plainfield trading.

The gentleman were very friendly and highly knowledgeable about several different areas of what I was looking for. Finally nice to have a shop where you can actually negotiate a good deal. Customer service is job 1, and these guys have it down. Take a minute and stop in, it definitely would be worth your time. Thanks again, Wayne

Now has a new owner. He has done a great job sprucing the place up making it easier to find stuff. Great place to find what you are needing at a great price. He has a big variety of items from antiques to smart TVs.

I’m disgusted with the lack of information, professionalism, and care at this business. I pawned my activated iPad for a little dough. I was told I could not retrieve my device for two weeks because it had to go through a police check. I was told I had two weeks to pick it up after the initial two weeks and it would gain interest daily. After one month it would be up for sale. I returned 16 days after the initial pawn to retrieve my device. They sold it! They didn’t even give me a window to pick it up. The owner told me because I didn’t pick it up on the exact day of the two weeks they could sell it. I’m flabbergasted. I asked for official paperwork - receipts, copy of sold, etc and he couldn’t deliver and didn’t even try to. He seemed annoyed by my presence. Instead he insinuated that I misunderstood and he couldn’t help me. This business has been around for 27 years, the owner isn’t American, and he obviously has no integrity in business. I wouldn’t not suggest coming here other than to buy some shady product.

If i could rate zero stars I would. My fiancee went in with a variety of different items and the man acted like he was not interested with dealing with my fiancee because of the way he looked. Didn't give him any specific answer just acted like he didnt have enough time or even cared what my fiancee was selling. Bad service.

Always treat me fair when I go to trade or sell. Only pawn shop I'll go to. Owner is a great guy. Not sure why others feel different.
