Pinnacle Financial Partners Donelson Pike, Nashville

I have banked at the Donelson Branch for 10 years, I'm shocked reading these reviews. I have never had one issue. Tammy is my girl there, and she is wonderful. If she is busy and I have to see someone else they have all been so helpful. They will always have my business!

Y'all's hours of business and the locations of your banks are horrible. P.s. I only gave 1 star so I could leave a comment. (Hence) would have been a 0 rating.

Worst bank ever, they will not cash checks drawn from their own with out opening an account with them!?!? I think I can decide where and how I spend or place MY money!

Slow!! Took 25 minutes to get through the drive through with 3 clerk's working.

Very very disappointed with my phone call a couple weeks ago. I recently moved out of state and needed a letterhead with my name, and my account and routing numbers. The lady on the phone proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do unless I wanted to come back into the branch. This was not a realistic option, as I now live over 7 hours away. I was able to verify any and all information on my account and license, but because she couldn't "recognize my voice," she would not send me this document. I asked if she could order me checks, which she also refused. She gave me no alternative to this problem and I left the conversation feeling very upset. After, I called the customer service number and was able to get a signed letterhead from the Senior Vice President. I also called customer service who was able to order me checks no problem. I understand some people have bad days, but the lack of human decency she showed me left me wanting to switch banks. I WILL NOT be accused of impersonating MY ACCOUNT. I WILL NOT EVER recommend this bank location. Please retrain your staff. You are welcome to contact me with any questions. Thank you.

Again today problems at Pinnacle. I'm self employed and often get paid by check from my clients. Sometimes instead of deposit in my bank I just would like to cash the check. EVERY TIME I try to do this there is some problem. Its one thing after another. The Donelson Tn.branch has the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a bank. Multiple times I have left this bank totally frustrated with the way I am treated. Can't understand why anyone banks here. My little business means nothing to them and I understand that. But my little business will no longer accept checkss from Pinnacle. They will have to go get cash.
