The experience there was so lovely , Mr James & Bradley were very helpful & kind. They very conversational and i love to talk & a well much peoples person. No bad experience at all just kind and lovely people with smiles.

Tymanisha and Bradley were really kind , I came in for the first confused and didn’t know what I was doing and immediately they assisted and told me the steps I needed to take. I have to say... my experience with Devin at this location was superb. Prior to me coming to Advance Financial, I went to Walmart, US Bank, and Easy Money to try to get a moneygram cashed, but had no luck and no help. When I got to Advanced Financial, Devin went out of his way to help me. He even helped me understand the process. It’s hard to find someone as professional and helpful as him. I am now a Advanced Financial fan. To anyone reading this review, go to the Donelson location! They will treat you right!

I needed my check cashed and my primary bank was closed for the day, so I went to the nearest Advance Financial. Justin (I think his name was) greeted me with a smile and cashed my check in a timely manner. He treated me like a valued customer And was very professional.

There were several people in line which is expected on a Friday. I figured the employees would rush me trying to get everyone taken care of quickly but when she held her paddle up and i came up to the counter, Chelsey smiled and very politely apologized for my wait. I was trying to load my netspend card and as she started my transaction, she asked me about my day and everything like we were friends which was very comforting. Unfortunately, after trying several times, her computer wouldn't let her process the netspend so she politely walked me down and introduced me to Justin who was also very nice. He also apologized for the wait and asked if I had just gotten off work, making conversation just as she had. I love the comforting feeling these employees gave me. I will come back to this store specifically for these two! This is what customer service should look like everywhere!!

I don't usually write reviews but this company was astonishing! Chelsey took care of me and faxed over the paperwork I gave her with a smile on her face the whole time like she really liked working there. Her and the other employee Justin, talked to me like we'd be friends for years. Probably the nicest people I know work for this company. I'll definitely be coming back to this store!

Wow...I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service of the company. Erika was kind, patient and her service was done with understanding and a smile. Although Bradley called me after I submitted an online application and decided not to pursue a loan, his information was helpful in me deciding to do business with these lender. Need to cash a check and pay a bill? Go see Ms. Renee at advance financial. She was quick with my services. Ms. Cynthia is her coworker and the 3 of us enjoyed great conversation while my business was conducted. These ladies are exceptional and I will be back.

I was having issues activating my netspend card and Jennifer took time to activate it for me. She was patient and went the extra mile to get my card up and running. I will always come back to this location!

Customer service is amazing at this location ! Especially from a younger fellow named Justin Duncan I believe. He is always ready to tend to any needs I have and is always doing it with a smile on his face ! Exceptional job from Justin . Every time I come to advance I will always wait for him to help me!

Bradley and Danny was great and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needed a money order or to get a loan. I will definitely handling all my business here for now on.
