The staff at this bank is outstanding. I've been banking here for a number of years and consistently receive excellent service. In particular Emeline Thrash is wonderful to work with. I appreciate how quick she is to return calls and emails. She is also excellent in helping my businesses with loans and general banking tasks. She is a big part of the reason I bank here. Highly recommend!

Today I experienced very poor customer service from this bank. This was my first time at this location. I pulled up to the drive thru window. The banker opened the drawer. I put my deposit in. She closed the drawer processed my deposit, gave me my slip. The ENTIRE time from my entering and pulling off she was engaged in a conversation with 2 other bankers. I expect that type of behavior from kids in the McDonald's drive thru, but not a Middle Age professional banker in the drive thru at a banking institution. I was extremely disappointed. I will not return to this location.

This is an extremely well run bank in my area. The officers and team go way out of their way to answer your questions specifically and with patience. They are advocates for your money and your small business. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The staff at Pinnacle have been unfailingly friendly and helpful, and today they (especially Ms. Tricia Cornish) resolved a problem I had very efficiently. They were quick, pleasant, and very, very patient with my slowness to understand the situation. I've always enjoyed going into this branch, and I recommend them very, very highly!

Emeline is the absolute sweetest! We brought our toddler here (who is fussy) and was extremely patient with her while we looked for paperwork. Great people here!
