When you called to ask why they have refused to payoff checks, and then also ask why they’re leaving personal business information on a voicemail they will correct to you (and tell you that there’s nothing wrong with that even though you trained their collections officers) no apologizes for their mistakes, which is causing your credit to have an issue. And you’ve been emailing over three pinnacle banks and they’re the ones not signing the insurance check. And yet instead of them doing their job they call and ask why you aren’t paying a loan that has already been attempted to be paid off twice

I would give this place 0 Stars if I could. I can't wait until the pandemic is over so I can go in and take out my money because this is the worse Bank ever. Today I was in their Drive-Thru for 15 minutes and the guy in front of me wouldn't move. I ended up having to go to the other bank on the other side of town only to wait another 10 minutes in their drive-thru. I don't understand why they don't just make customers that are holding up the line go inside. Operating hours change all the time, their hours suck.

The rudest, most miserable people work the drive thru area at the Pinnacle Memorial location. They act like having to do their job is such a nussance. They don't greet you, don't say a word nor a "thanks, have a great day" - nothing. Have even seen them roll their eyes when I say I need to make a deposit.They alone are the reason why I'm looking for another bank. Would not recommend this branch to anyone.

You can't get there when they are open because of the hours and then they are closed the Saturday before a holiday for the holiday. The only day that I can get to the bank... not great customer service
