Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Memorial Blvd, Murfreesboro

Whatever you do, avoid this branch of BofA. Absolute worst experience I’ve had (on multiple occasions) when banking here. Wait time is astronomical, service is appalling, and when you FINALLY do get service it is generally useless. A quick deposit that should take at most 10 minutes, takes 15-20(on average). A specific teller I’d like to point out is a older blonde teller. Not sure what her issue is, but has been rude on countless occasions for the simple reason of having to do her job. Why she is still employed blows my mind constantly. I will drive an extra 20 minutes just to avoid a negative interaction with her (which is every time). I refuse to bank at this location ever again, even if I have to crawl to the next location.

They will not even cash their own check without charging you $8. Unbelievable! Do they not trust their own accounts?

I had a wonderful experience working with Andrew at the BOA on Memorial. He was able to help me set up my account with Merrill Edge and also followed up with me afterwards to see if I needed additional help. Great customer service.

Horrible service, we’ve BOA account holders for over 10 years and have multiple accounts and credit cards. We haven’t had the need for much out of the ordinary from them, but needed a cashiers check today for a new home purchase. My wife scheduled and appointment at 1:30 today, was on her way to that appointment and got a notification at 1:27 that her appointment had been cancelled. She got to the bank and was greeted at the door by 2 female employees that were in the process of locking up. My wife then asked why they had cancelled the appointment so late and they said “Sorry we are trying to deal with a global pandemic.” How rude and disappointing, and we have no way of getting a cashiers check today now. I will suggest anyone I interact with to not consider BOA as a result of this horrible service experience. Also, we’ll be transferring all our accounts over to another bank now as well.

This bank will not answer the phone I’ve called for a week straight and they refuse to answer

I am not normally one to write reviews but after all the negativity I had seen on this location I felt led to say something positive. My experience there was very good. I had brought some change in to cash in and deposit and didn't know it needed to be rolled. Rather the teller turning me away like she could have, she allowed me to sort my change there at the counter to the side out of other people's way and then cash it and deposit it. Proud to be a BOA member. Thanks for your service!

Worst service ever. They forced people to wait outside...then when inside they had the AC so low a pregnant lady almost passed out from the heat. Waited 40 min and still never had service. They only paid to have 1 clerk. Two managers didn't do a single thing while we waited in like 10 15 people deep. One manager just left!!!!! Needing to find another bank.

1:18pm on a Wednesday. Inside there are 6 teller windows, only 1 open. People lined up halfway to the door. Drive thru windows closed. What gives? If you don't value my business just say so. Customer service is what differentiates backs these days.

I walked in to create an account on a day that wasn’t even that busy and sat there for over an hour and a half, I’ve watched 3 people before me get up and walk out because who knows how long they been sitting here. Unless you like sitting and wasting your day away I wouldn’t go to Bank of America. I highly recommend checking out Reliant Bank.
