    My wife went in for a visit with a loan officer, she was as rude as they come- Terrible customer service. Went to another local bank, and had a great experience, so I closed my account at Pinnacle, and wont look back. The lady named Ann, said she has been in lending for 30 years, she should retire- She was horrible-

    ATM only works about 25% of the time, I highly suggest banking elsewhere.

    They are disrespectful. The over charge to close an account or Waite so many months that's not right at all. The need to be shut down

    I honestly don't know where these bad reviews are coming from. We have used Pinnacle for years - ever since Shoshone First Bank became Wells Fargo (maybe 2009?). We have accounts for each of our kids, savings accounts, our primary checking account, and have taken out a car loan with Pinnacle. The service has always been quick, respectful, friendly, and professional. I have recommended this bank to others often. They are definitely one of the best in town.

    They so disrespectful and lazy.They get angry when you asked them the questions and they couldn’t give you the answer and don’t want to do anything to help you.Do not do business with them otherwise you will find out when you close the account. I would give them the negative 10 if they have it😡😡😡😡.
