Also, the process from the time my offer was accepted until the closing period went by without a hitch. I did not have to make follow-up calls and it was the same with inquiries or clarifications, responses were prompt and clear. The team made sure my home-buying experience was astoundingly stress-free given that I chose to jump into this sellers' market fray. Highly recommended especially to first-time home-buyers. I had a great experience throughout the home buying process with Pinky Shah's team. Pinky did a great job educating me on my loan options and what may be best for me during this time. She provided various breakdowns using different loan amount, which assisted with my preparation for closing. She also went above and beyond when I found a house (which I think sealed the deal with the seller), she emailed the seller's agent directly with my preapproval information, and a breakdown of my ability to provide the best competitive offer. Once I was under contract her team provided weekly updates until the day of closing and were always responsive when I had questions. In this day and age, we have access to so much information online that it is easy to get a false sense that you know enough to make good decisions. The Fairway app is another component that I would like to highlight that is great. 2021 was our second attempt at buying a home.
