My route location, I work every Tue/Wed This Branch horrible! ATM for cash always down rite now... Last week Customer service inside was a wait, long Wait.... (Weeks ago)ATM down, to go inside for counter withdrawal, Lines long! I think this location need to hire more help, or train for faster but thorough servicing....

Going to this Bank of America in Monroe township is like going to the twilight zone. Save the trip and go to spotswoods! This is the 36 time this machine has been not depositing MONEY . I am so frustrated about this. Get it together. 🤬 BAD BUSINESS!!! AND BY THE WAY this Bank of America is deleting reviews. If you want to right a bad message they would not let YOU SPREAD THE MESSAGE!! I most definitely recommend not coming here. I don’t rate this a 1. I’ve only been inside the bank once, this is more of a review of the atm at this location. My first issue is that despite being directly adjacent to the street, this is not a drive-thru atm. You must get out of your car to access this atm, and there is no parking specifically for the atm, so you must either park illegally in the drive-thru lane or across the parking lot in a proper spot. My second issue is that this atm has a habit of bending my bills when I’m depositing. I make sure my bills are smoothed out so that the have no wrinkles or folds, yet the atm gives these bills back to me completely folded in half! My final complaint is the reason I’m making this review. I just got off work, it’s 10:30 pm and I want to deposit some money before I go home. lol and behold, the sprinkler system is on, preventing me from accessing this atm without getting wet. From my experience and after reading other reviews on this location, some serious changes must be made to both the staff and the building itself.

Your hours are not convenient to your customers that's why I did not open an account even if I live near one of your branches. Most banks close at 6 pm every day here in Jamesburg, Monroe area. Bank should really consider extending their teller hours.

I was going to write a negative review about your online posting of open hours that forever keep changing but why bother since you must know the communication system of your bank both online and telephone is just simply awful. There is no possible excuse.

There is not a time I go into this branch and have a pleasant experience. The employees there are ALWAYS telling me what they can’t do, vs what they CAN do. I truly cringe every time I have to go to BOA. If I didn’t have everything connected to BOA, I would jump ship immediately.

I understand 100% the progression of technology and how to run a business. If your going to have a building where people can do business in person you have to take into account the community and their needs. This review is for upper management if they read and the only reason its 4 stars is because of the people working here. They did a great job. My suggestion is more employees because of all the seniors that live in this area. Someone like me never enters a bank but sometimes I do need services that I can not get online or at the ATM but there are many that don't and will not learn the technological options. The manager was being super patient with some nasty person but this abuse is going to happen no matter what if there are not enough people working here. This kind of abuse will drive an employee crazy and will drive customers out. I saw people leave while I was there. I salute the emoloyees there for doing their best and hope they can one day get the help they need.

THE WORST BANK BRANCH ON PLANET EARTH! For FOUR CONSECUTIVE VISITS to this drive-thru, I have had to wait a MINIMUM of FORTY MINUTES ( I’m disabled, extremely difficult to go in). When I did make it in, the teller turned her back to me when I tried to talk to her about the 40 minute wait. On another occasion, I tried to call them all day long, finally gave up and went there, found NO CUSTOMERS in the bank and the employees (1 man, 3 women) standing in a “huddle” and giggling. These people do NOT care, and are the definition of INCOMPETENT.

I pulled up to the drive through and was told it would take 15-20 min to process my deposit. This is a corporate account. I left without making my deposit. I don’t have this issue when I make deposits at PNC or Wells Fargo.

Went there on Saturday to notarize two titles and a bill of sale. The notary said that there should be a special place on the document said notary signature here and refused to notarize anything!! Although titles have special place for notary. I had to go to different location and boy.. what a different experience was there !! I had to pay 20$ but I did't mind because because of the attitude and quality of services. This was fist time I went to this branch because notary from my branch was out on Saturday. I will never go to this location again.
