Went in today to open an account and everyone was so friendly. The process was quick and easy. I look forward to banking with them!

I’ve had fraudulent charges on my account and the bank refuses to call them fraudulent because my name is on the charges. They then said that it was through my amazon account. When I contacted amazon they had no record of the charges. I’ve gone through several debit cards because I’m mysteriously experiencing debit card fraud once or twice a year and they don’t refund the money that they let clear. I’d recommend anyone to stay clear of the bank. I’ll be closing my accounts this week.

Just got a new bank loan for a car and had several questions and a couple of issues , called the help members line and this wonderful employee amy was absolutely awesome and patient over the phone answered all my question. You need more people like her she was great to talk to very helpful
