Freddy helped us today. We got a subwoofer. Great and easy experience. There is no return policy on the item we bought, but they do test them in the store and will allow you to test them in your car if you have the equipment. After testing the item we decided on a more expensive subwoofer and I’m sure we will be back for more items. Everything appeared to be in relatively good condition and some stuff was better priced than others. Like with anything, you do need to know the price of the items you are buying.

I have been looking for some bigger lamps and decided to go into Pawn Max because I failed everywhere else. To my surprise I am so glad I did. This place has fell off, went here to buy and sell stuff all the time, but lately they're off there customer service game. Just got an offer of $5 for a brand new heavy duty beach cart that sells online for $139. I understand that they have to make money but that's absurd, will not be going back anymore.

Pawn Max is a great place to shop. All the items are organized well and the shop is bright and clean. They also have a surprisingly large selection of items. Finally the staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Freddy is a perfect example of the great staff. Friendly and cheerful. He was eager to help me anyway he could. He helped me get all the information on the item and made me feel like he really worked with me on the price. As a result we were able to put the deal together and I walked away happy. I truly do enjoy shopping here and talking to Freddy.

Christian did an awesome job called in to see if they had a certain product with him on two occasions now and my man was on point. He even gave me a decent discount. Check these guys out they have reasonable prices actually descent things to buy unlike some other shops where you waste your time and money. These guys are fair with you and squared away. I’m also an army vet and I would say they are pretty military friendly. They have some descent military gear as well from time to time.

Christian was suppppper helpful from the get-go! The space is very well organized, and easy to maneuver. The attendants were all very welcoming. Definitely didn't know what to expect walking in, but was pleasantly surprised by everything. Left with some DVDs, a game, a large army box, and a handful of comic books. My only problem was that they don't sell firearms, however, that's part of the Pawn Shop experience of it all!

This place is pretty cool, I like the high rise ceiling with the skylights, that's pretty nifty for a pawn shop. They got a pretty good selection of stuff, including some cool airsoft guns and your usual odds and ends. I was helped by Vivian and she was very cool and helpful with me, as well as eager to explain stuff when I asked questions. 12/10 would use again!

Didn't like at all. Drove forever to get there and then they low balled me on everything. Then yelled at me when I didn't sell. He said "well I already wrote the sale up...ur wasted my time" No fact of the matter is I am the customer and you wasted my time. I'll never go back. I thought because it was a big pawnshop I would get good prices. Wrong wrong wrong... it was a teenager who priced all my stuff as well. Just didn't feel right from the beginning. He had no idea what he was doing. I called first and everything and packed my harley full of electronics and jewelry and left with nothing. I thought I would be coming home with a pocket full of cash.

I tried to pawn a gold chain or a diamond cross pendant each piece of jewelry I was offered 40 bucks tops when I could literally pawn either piece anywhere else for $100 minimum wouldn't recommend selling or pawning anything at this Dunedin location workers act stuck up like they don't work at a cheap pawn shop

Super nice and friendly people, totally willing to chat and answer questions about items, Lafayette was the name of the guy who helped me I believe and he was very patient and knowledgeable as well!! They are honest about why they pay you what they do for your item, and they'll pay you more than other pawn shops I've gone to!

I've been shopping around for a new or used bike for a month now with no luck. After leaving yet another disappointment, I tried Dunedin Pawn Max one block over a try. Completely worth the stop! The person who helped me was awesome and friendly. I wish I got his name to give him the credit he deserves, but the best I have is the receipt saying "GJL". He let me test drive the bike in the lot and was sold. The bike rides perfectly, went on a a 16 mile ride as soon as I got home. Will definitely recommend Dunedin Pawn Max to friends and family!

Second time I have ever walked into a Pawn Shop. I must say this is a nice spot. Clean and very well organized. Bought a 3 room tent for a camping trip for a solid deal. The associate Steven P provided great help for what I was looking for and had a welcoming personality. To top it all off, I left my phone behind. Went back and there was Steven handing to me as I walked back through the door. Very professional place. Ill be back to buy and definitely clear my house out with unnecessary items.
