Horribly slow service!!!! Get it together Pima Fed!!!!! Avoid this bank at all cost if you think waiting 30 minutes plus in line with one car in front of you to make a simple deposit is acceptable smh

Worst service! I refinanced my car with Pima federal and I've constantly had to go back to that location to give them several copies of things I've already provided them and sign documents I've already signed. I don't know what goes on at that location but they need to get it together! #waist-of-time

I really like this credit union but I have had to wait at least an hour on numerous occasions if I need to talk to someone other than a teller. Better pack a lunch if you are coming.

I have tried and tried without fail for PFCU customers to find an easier way to get their applications processed without having to physically walk their paperwork into the CU. Trying desperately over the past few years hoping to not have PFCU's own customer's have to take time off of work and make things convenient. But Danny Smith won't respond or fix their problem. Amber or Alex in indirect lending are very polite but nothing ever seems to get anywhere. So I am officially putting PFCU on notice that if my business gets any PFCU customers I will make it my mission in life to direct all of their banking away from PFCU and get them into another more friendly and convenient way of doing business. Shame on you PFCU. Shame on you! I bet I still don't get a call back.......ever.

App doesn't work and they don't answer customer service calls. Good luck paying your bills.

The ATM is broken almost every time I come, and for some reason they only have one, so I usually have to drive to another branch. If you're going to this location any time not during business hours, save yourself the trip and go to another branch.

Tellers are kind, energetic and polite, the branch has odd hours and is always packed with no more than 2 tellers at any time. It's a sad case of a wonderful branch being understaffed or w/o supervisors who can delegate positions of immediacy appropriately

In 2013 I had a very difficult situation as the result of the incompetence of a Tucson lawyer. It involved a balance to a Phoenix credit union no longer in Tucson. The Pantano PFCU employees went way beyond the call of duty to help me resolve my financial situation. I am eternally grateful to these people who evidently place "service" as their primary-or very high-standard. Thank you. I have been a member for many years...my loyalty to continue.

been a member since day 1..but within last yrs Atm is always broke ..i just called ..iam number 21 in line...better than last week #29.. customer service not as it was before...very poor...
