This institution operates like it’s 1942. I seriously don’t trust my personal information being handled here - their “app” and website have an ancient UI and you’re better off calling them directly for any issues. Unfortunately, once you do get them on the phone, the employees aren’t very helpful either. In order to make any changes to your account you have to FAX documents to them… it’s 2022, where can you even find a fax machine anymore? Would much rather pay a higher interest rate for a better user experience (and not to mention being able to trust that my personal information is secure on UPDATED software) than deal with this nightmare every month.

I have had an open account with Pikes Peak for over three years, and every minute of it has been a nightmare. Their customer service is terrible, and they consistently make mistakes on my account that then requires 3-4 days of phone calls and headaches to fix.

I’ve been banking here for years and the employees and service has been above exceptional. If you need a loan they are there to help get you the best deal possible! Thank you Pikes Peak Credit Union!

SCAM! Imagine this. It's 2020 and you want to make a payment on your loan through their website or their app. Seems clear cut and easy right? WRONG! You can NOT do this through this company. Please do not refinance through this PPCU. They are living in 1942 and you have to call every month, and give your routing and bank account number EVERY time you want to make a payment. Yes they have an automated system where you can pay what's due automatically, but to most of us who would like to pay a custom amount (and pay off the principle faster) you can't unless you call the office (where they have 2 employees, not joking, one of the two told me this) and give them your banking info EVERY SINGLE TIME. it's frustrating in 2020 I have to refinance my vehicle a 2nd time, just to get away from this dinosaur company.

Don’t refinance here. I thought it would be great since this is a credit union, but that was 5 months ago and still haven’t heard ANYTHING from them. I’ve had to call and pay my bill online since I can’t get any kind of login info. I can’t wait to sell this car and be done with this place.

Ive been a customer at Pikes Peak Credit Union for nearly 30 years. I have always been impressed with the service, the friendliness of the staff. They are very professional and will go out of their way to be helpful! I highly recommend Pikes Peak Credit Union! You can always rest assured that they will help you in anyway they can. Extremely trustworthy!

DO NOT GET ANY LOAN FROM THIS INSTITUTION. Pikes Peak continues to threaten repossession and report delinquency on a loan that is current. We called and spoke to multiple bankers who informed they "Fixed" the glitch, but still continue to send the threatening letters. Pikes peak doesn't appear to have the competency to properly manage their own systems, I wouldn't trust having my money to be held within this organization.

Ridiculous. Their site is slow on one of my browsers, then it takes FOREVER to get my password change email. And when I DO get the password change email, IT DOESN'T WORK. And if by some miracle I manage to change my password, I don't get the confirmation email. And I STILL can't log into my account with the now CORRECT password!

Refinanced my car with Pikes Peak Credit Union at a great rate! Their website and app are a little outdated but it's still simple to make a payment on your loan through the app with a mobile deposit. I originally didn't get the info in the mail with all my information but a simple call to them and they gave me all the info I needed to login and make my payment.
