    I've been with this credit union for years. Never had an issue until I presented a poa for review. I went to the bank 4 times in less than two days for them to completely tell me I had to redo the poa even after I did what they asked. I'll pay off my loan and close my account. Don't bank there!! Terrible customer service .

    I have been a member with PACU since they were on Market Street. No problem. Since they switched to MasterCard it has been nothing but issues with the accounts. The WORST. Your payments whether debit or credit does NOT post to your account until 3 to 4 days later. You will have a sequence of pending charges backed up. So you will need to keep track of your account b/c if you're going by their system you are going to be screwed. The customer service department is the WORST. Today alone I have been transferred 3 times. Had to call back got transferred again. I had to repeat my personal information over and over again. Mike in the fraud department is the absolute worst. I got him again for the 2nd time and he put me on hold for another 5 minutes. He returned to the phone and said oh I need to transfer you. Are you freaking serious.. I asked for a supervisor. On hold again....i just hung up. I WOULD NOT recommend this bank. I am going to be switching financial institutions ASAP. They went from 5 star to 1 in my opinion. They should've stayed with Visa.

    Bad customer service and no security of private information. Piedmont switched to a newer system and passwords needed to be updated via branch visit only (no online option- I tried). The banker was letting other customers walk in while seeing my information on her computer and asking me to tell her all my security questions with customers in the room for HER to type in bc she didn’t want to give me her keyboard to write my answers. She even tried to assure she would forget my answers once I tell her! BS! So I had to close my account bc I wasn’t allowed to privately have a password that I wasn’t willing to share with customers and the teller. Then to close my account she had no paperwork to show it’s been closed while discussing this aloud in front of another customer who I’m sure was standing behind me to record my info. But I’m not that dumb. In addition, she just wrote something on a sticky that had my information on it as a reminder for her to close it. She discussed my remaining account balance while I was standing in a doorway and she was working with a customer and stop to ask how she could help me. I called myself to close it over the phone cause I don’t trust her sticky note system. There are many banks to choose from - I recommend going elsewhere. Piedmont is behind the times with their technology and online banking.

    One of my family members tried to open an account with them. They asked lots of personal questions in order to open an account. In general we were not satisfied based on the service we recieved. Don't recommend it.

    Been with them for years. The biggest complaint is you can never get ahold of anyone to answer your questions and have to go through a million prompts just to sit on hold for long periods of time. On the website there are a list of about 15 locations and all have the same 800 phone number like there is no direct phone lines to the branch! This is unacceptable to me.

    From the day I opened my account until now I had nothing but a wonderful experience with them. The ladies in the branch has been great to work with made my process of opening my account very easy and I had a something I needed help with today and they fixed my issue with no hesitation. Thanks Angela and Misty!!!

    Do not waste your time to open an account with them. They ask lots of personal information which is not necessary. I opened mine and closed it after 24 hours all because of their bad service and poor management. Their monthly rate is good compared to other banks but believe me it is better to pay more rate than poor service. My friend had a bad experience with them too.

    The very BEST credit union. Worked there for four years before retirement. Best place I ever worked! Piedmont cares about their Members and their employes.

    Been a customer for over 10yrs, service has gone downhill soooooo much. Wait time to speak with someone on the phone is ridiculous, and then they want to charge a fee to do a transfer within the credit union.
