Bank of Oak Ridge New Garden Rd, Greensboro

Bank of Oak Ridge is a great local bank we have been using for several years. They have great customer service and are always quick to respond when I send my banker an email. Christina is great to work with an asset to the bank. The drive up E-tellers are very convenient and are open from 7am to 7pm for you to make deposits with a live person. They also have a free coin counter that deposits your coins straight into your account without charging you any fees! Definitely recommend this bank!

Bank of Oak Ridge has been incredible to work with! We use them for our business checking accounts, and we recently did an auto loan through the New Garden location. We had a quick turn around with a few hoops to jump through, and Sean and Bradley were nothing but incredible to us! They were quick to answer our questions and respond whenever we reached out. One thing I really like that I don't know whether any other banking institution has is their drive-up teller, like an ATM, where you can actually speak with a customer service representative to help with banking transactions. I recently applied for a home equity loan at the New Garden Road location. The process has been seamless and timely with guidance and continued communication from Sean Parshley, vice president. I refinanced my vehicle with them and they did everything they could to make the payments not only very affordable but did it with zero stress. I didn't think banking could so personal! There was fraud on my checking account and the team at Bank of Oak Ridge would call me every day to make sure all future charges were legit. That level of customer service is unheard of in the age of algorithms, chat bots, and call trees. I love that I talk to a local, knowledgeable human each time I call!
