I’ve watched someone’s card get stolen at this branch. And closes at 5? Really PFCU?

My boyfriend & I went here today to speak with Brian, which is one of the managers at this PFCU branch location to inquire about a mortgage loan. We were very disappointed with the service that was provided here. He didn’t ask any questions, didn’t provide us with any other options or alternatives, the conversation felt very impersonal. It seems as though he was more concerned with the commission he was going to receive than actually trying to help people find options to purchase a home. We left here confused & very disappointed & will not be back to bank with this institution.

The banker would not refund me for a overdraft fee that was out of my hands, I even showed her the proper documentation from Spotify and PayPal. Not only was she incompetent and the bald headed manger was incompetent as well. Very rude and do not care about the customers, I've felt this way for some time at PFCU (This post is not out of spite)

I had a loan through PFCU and they required me to open a regular savings account, even though I had no desire to use those services. I put over $100 in there, well above the minimum amount to not incur fees. I paid off my loan, and later went back to withdraw my $100, but it was all gone due to "dormancy fees." I've had accounts at a dozen or so institutions and this the first time I have encountered this. The proper way to handle a dormant account is to first notify the account holder (and give them a chance to bring it out of dormancy), then close it and send the remaining balance to the Pennsylvania Treasurer's Unclaimed Property account. Aside from the unnecessary fees, this credit union is not convenient to deal with at all. For an auto loan, they require you to pick up the check IN Person at their few branch locations. The Credit Union I ended up using for my auto loan, overnighted me a check through FedEx and had a lower APR anyway. I would not recommend this credit union.

I went to this bank to change my personal information. The bank teller specifically informed me that he changed my information. I just went online and it hasn’t been changed. Lol.

The ATM didn't have any money left on Saturday at 3p.m. this is unacceptable and I have to now pay a fee for using a non PFCU ATM to get my money, unacceptable!
