Took us (my wife and I) through the process, answered all of our questions, provided us with the paperwork that we needed to fill out, and explain to my wife and I what we were reading. One star is generous. It was mistake after mistake with these guys. We used Michelle for our first home purchase and it went smoothly so we attempted to use them again. We had the wrong COE pulled-- took over a month and half to find out how much entitlement we had. Were told we weren't approved when the loan officer was "reading the wrong line" and we actually were approved. I'd ask questions and I was told "look at the disclosures". Listen, I'm not a mortgage expert, the reason I asked the questions is because they are supposed to be. In the end, it was far too risky to use them for fear that they were missing something and it'd be time to close and we'd have wasted all that time. If you got their info from VettedVA, make note- they are no longer with VettedVA.

The Best there is to work with. Very professional and Aimee the team loan coordinator OMG y’all are the best. The phone calls text messages and emails were remarkable. They didn’t miss a beat.
