Our realtor had mentioned Phil and his team and at first we were hesitant about straying from our original plan. My husband and I loved working with Phil to purchase our first home. Our first video conference (since we were buying from across the country) he answered questions, addressed what the VA home loan was, what we could do with it, and included common misunderstandings about it. He ensured pre-approval by obtaining all of our required documents before we even wrote an offer. Once we had an accepted offer Phil made the loan process even simpler! He explained everything, even minute details or things we were confused, and made sure that we understood it all as well. He also provided weekly Tuesday updates. Most importantly for us, was his response time. He typically responded within a couple of hours of reaching out, sometimes calling once we were both home from work, which was after normal business hours. Phil and his team were great throughout our first home buying process. He managed to get us the best interest rate we could get and beat out his competitors. The reason for the four stars is due to lack of communication. On several occasions texts/calls were not returned or answered. However, I would still recommend him to others.

Phil is absolutely remarkable. He takes the time to go through all the details of your loan.
