We've been with Phil Nichols State Farm for years. They are very helpful, quick to respond, and take great care of us. I talk to Rodney Snow and he's the best insurance guy EVER! I absolutely recommend these folks.

Phill Nichols is a rip off. He isn't a good business man, no compassion for elderly disabled women or families. Terrible landlord. Liar and dishonest won't use his insurance or rental property. Doesn't know the law and uses power as abuse

Mr. Nichols has been my State Farm Insurance representative for approximately 11 years now and I have always been happy with the service and the price of my insurance. I moved to another town but have maintained my business with them since I don't feel anyone could do a better job and the 30 minute drive over (if I need to see someone in person) is just a pleasant little drive. Had to file two claims while with this agent. After the first time I was left without a rental car, I changed my policy. Now on the second claim they say I didn’t. They do not provide the coverage you ask for.

My granddaughter recently had a accident, and I did the claim forms and there ×as no judgment towards my husband and I or my granddaughter. I am trying to make a claim for my storage unit that was broke into. It has been a tough road, and there are a lot of things that are going wrong with the claim. Now that I opened a claim for it, they have dropped me from my home owners insurance, due to claim activity! 1 freaking claim and they cancel me! The reason for having insurance is to be covered, hut here if you use it, they will cancel you! The insurance is not even cheap here so beware!
