If I could give 0 stars thats what I would give the Halls branch on Maynardville Highway. The manager is very rude and talks down to people like they are dirt up under her feet. We have been members of this bank for a long time but are considering taking our business elsewhere.

Absolutely the most wonderful attention I have ever had at a bank. Have been there for 20 years and they have guided me through some tough times. They are friendly beyond measure. Helpful to the end. Can't say enough about every experience that I have had there.

Megan was Fantastic !!! She done more than was expected to complete my CSR needs, I will return to her the next time I go to the union.

I have been out of work sence march 2020 lost my car do to not being able to work because of my disability. still waitting for disability to be approved.made my payment as long as i could by doing flea market stuff then COVID hit. Got my first stimulus check, and paid one last payment. Because of COVID what money i was able to get i had to be use to pay other bills. wasn't long after they came and got the car. Left us with 191 dollars in the account .they sold the car and left me with the 2000 dallors left to pay.so i got the 2nd simulus 1200 dallors.Tva desided they need the hole stimulus and every last dime i had to my name. I called them on dec 30 2020 and talk to them and tried to make payment arrangement and they told me someone from higher up would call me back.i never heard a word. Pretty durty if you ask me.they wont get another dime from me.

Terrible place I do not recommend. they charged me an over draft fee of $32.00 for something that wasn't suppose to be charged to begin with and basically told me it wasn't their problem to refund the overdraft after I got the original charge of 14.65 fixed. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY.

I have been with knoxville employee credit union for a several years now and i don't think I'll ever change banks. They will do anything and everything they can to see me and you succeed with our finances. I took out a small personal loan to pay a few credit cards that I just couldn't seem to get ahead of. Megan MAYO thank you for all your help and advice. Thank you for making it simple and easy process for me and thank you TVA Employees Credit Union for helping me with the lowest APR Personal loan to finally get back ahead of the credit card companies. In the end they saved me a small fortune in interest. Best bank in town in my opinion.

I called to get information about how to make a payment for a loan and I am beyond grateful to have had Sheila as the employee to speak to. She was very kind, understanding, patient, and well educated. She helped me through every question I had. Need more people like her!

My experiences with TVA Credit Union have mostly been positive with a few exceptions of long waiting times in line. My biggest complaint about the Halls Branch is they close early on Wednesdays which is a very major inconvenience for me personally. Plus they are closed on Saturdays.

I have been with Tva for several years now. This branch is the branch that I use. My experience with Tva amazes me. From auto loans to buying a house it has been a breeze. The process of buying my house with them was amazing. The mobile app is amazing. Im glad that I chose TVA.

I have dealt with many banks through the years, especially Credit Unions. The staff are friendly, but I would not call them a Credit Union, Credit Unions do not have ridiculous charges like a regular corporate owned bank, they are more like a corporate owned bank than a credit union
