Horrible customer service. Who they have answering the phone all the way up to management is very disrespectful. I was actually trying to renew my loan, not something I needed to do. I was brushed off very badly. I was supposed to be there at 5 (by the way the establishment closes at 5:30.) because I arrived a 5:03 I wasn't let in and the so call manager gave me a cut gesture with her hand to her throat, ignored my call looking right at me. I was then told they are not letting anyone else in and that I can come back tomorrow. I declined and decided not to renew and was told because I refused to renew they cannot let me back in if I ever decide to in the future. I'm not one to leave reviews, but I had to for this one.

I have use this company for a while now and Kedra has assist me very well every time I go. She is very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in need of a loan.

Rude and unproffessional staff horrible service harrassing phone calls as well as threatening gestures. And they talk bad about customers in front of other customers. They will catch an attitude if you call and tell them you’ll be late with your payment. Do not recommend.if I could give them zero stars I would.

I would not recommend this place to noone i had a loan with them . Paid every month on time even paid off my acount . I had excellent credit with them and because i recommended someone to them that did not pay there bill they will not let me renew a loan with them its like they are holding me responsible for someone elses account . Not any of my other loan companies does this and then everytime i call them, the B... hangs up on me so now im gonna to take them to court and sue them for such BS.

I always use them in a time of need, the process is very simple, and the staff are professional and simple. I’m very appreciative of their quality and effort to make my experience easy going.
