They are awesome! They really care alot about people. Big D has been a God sent. During my daughter's graduation plus other urgent family matters, they've been so accommodating. Would give 0 stars if I could, this place specializes in ripping people off and buying stole and shoplifted goods!! Already contacted police, sellers and buyers BEWARE!! Don’t do business with these scam artists

I highly recommend these guys. Very professional truthful and honest. I bought a ps4 here and they let me update it in the store the guy Ali is really helpful man gave me a good price on my purchase. Definitely a 1st option before anyone else.

I have done my share of sales and worked in the industry for a long time. I cannot say how courteous and helpful Gary, as well as the other employee who's name I didn't get, were. They were both down to earth and extremely fair with prices, if not the best I have ever seen in any pawn shops. I understand Perfect Pawn has several locations but the Newark, NJ location was by far the most cleanly and modern. If you are looking for a Pawn Shop to go to I highly recommend this exact location.

Perfect Pawn has great customer service especially Ali and Harris. Whenever you sell ot pawn your items they offer fair prices. I totally recommend going here for any sales or trades for your items

Wow i cant believe how professional these guys are. I went to Richard and Son around the corner on Broad st and they offered me $60 for a gold ring to pawn. Its a 18kt gold ring. When i went to Perfect Pawn on 221 Washington st. They offered me $140 and gave me 30,60, and even 90 day pawn option at only 4.5% interest. Plus explained about my ring , the weight, the purity, etc. Very professional. I will always come back and recommend everyone to as well. Not only do they pawn they BUY!!!

I went to Perfect Pawn yesterday with gold jewelry to sell. The establishment tried to rip me off! They were trying to give me $430 for pieces. A kind young man outside the store took me to another place 3 blocks away where I was paid $565! STOP STEALING FROM YOUR COMMUNITY Perfect Pawn! You are ROBBING the very people who keep you in business! I will be sure to tell everyone to go to the other shop where they value their customers AND are very respectful, welcoming and HONEST! You'll talk to God one day about how you ROB people have little to nothing! You are CRIMINALS and should be locked up and put out of business!!!!
