I came back to Peoples Choice after years of using a few big chain banks. So far they have been the best bank I have used by far. The difference in customer service and care is astonishing.They truly care about their customers. If you are looking for a bank where your money will be safe and you’ll be treated like a person, then this is the bank for you!

If you are looking to get an auto loan through this place, run the other way. We had not received any information from them in weeks after getting our loan. Many follow up calls to get our account info resulted in zero returned calls, and being hung up on twice. Every time being told to wait for our welcome packet as it had everything, and they could do nothing over the phone. We finally received our packet 2 days after our first payment was due. After going into the branch I was told they are very new to this and don't have everything figured out yet. Not the reassurance I want from a financial institution whom has the ability to effectively my credit.
