Brendan and the Bracken team earn every bit of that trust every time we work together. We often not only close on time with no bumps, but even a bit early!

I have taken out mortgage loans in the past but NEVER have I received the level of personal care, professionalism and courtesy that Brendan and his team offered me on a consistent basis. Brendan and his team have been amazing! The entire idea of home-buying got fairly overwhelming as I navigated through it on my own at the beginning, but Brendan was more than happy to assist, explain, and advise. The best part is that he takes the time to do so on a personal level, not just through an intermediary on his team. I enjoyed the service I received while working with Brendan. He was always flexible with my scheduling and did a great job keeping up with communications. Any time I had a question I just had to reach out to ask. If he could not answer it he would find someone who could. When the window for getting the job done was small and specific, he worked hard to meet the deadline. He also sends happy birthday and holiday greetings. He is definitely worth the look if you are in need of mortgage-related assistance.
