I believe we were the first finance Tim produced when he started his business years ago. So, while there was a learning curve, the experience was great. We refinanced a few years later and it was even better. When any issue would arise, Tim worked on creative solutions to keep the ball rolling forward and on schedule. The personal attention and communication throughout the process from Tim and the team is great. I would encourage anyone to use these guys to help make a stressful transaction as easy as possible.

In July 2021 we were fortunate enough to be able to relocate to the Johnson City Tennessee area. We were put in touch with Tim Arrowood. He and his excellent team guided us through the home loan process. They made the process easy and were able to close right on schedule. During and after the long process, we received several phone calls and emails just checking in on us to make sure things are going well. And now we just received in the mail today a copy of our mortgage closing statement with a letter explaining this would help us complete our taxes as things sometimes get lost in moving. I have purchased around five homes in my lifetime and I’ve never had this kind of service!! I will be definitely looking to Tim and his team for my future real estate loan needs. M & E Romero
