Liberty tax at colonial heights in Kingsport has the most friendliest, funny people working there. Portia did my taxes, she made me feel at ease and comfortable. She was a true joy and pro.

Guys ya gotta cheak out liberty tax in kingsport colonial heights I've went there for years and love visiting Portia she cool great to talk to and can relate she makes the time seem like 10 mins she breaks everything down for you easy to understand there also great if you come across a problem about figuring it out with you she super friendly just over all a great person I drive a hour and 20 mins just to file there and there fees ain't as ridiculous as most walk in places love it

Have been with these people for 11 years and have never been disappointed. Angie is great and Portia is amazing. Friendly and feels like family.

I love this one in Colonel heights Tennessee they go above and beyond for you I would recommend Porsche cuz she went above and beyond to help me I was going to have to leave and come back in a day or if I got time to come back by while I was work and to bring back a paper but she went above and beyond to look in my fall and find the Pacific paper that we needed

Just like every other year, I was dreading my taxes this year. I decided to give Liberty Tax a try. Best decision in a long time. The people there are friendly and knowledgeable. I got a great return and I didn't have to lift a finger. Also, their prices are very reasonable. You won't regret giving them a try.

I was having trouble getting my stimulus and saw your ad on the morning show and got your number and called, upon calling I spoke with Angela and she advised me she would call me back in 30 min, she did call me back promptly and advised me she would be happy to help me resolve my issues and that I could come in any time during business hours, next day she even gave me directions when I called her and when I arrived she was so friendly and welcoming even offering me something to drink and it only cost $50 dollars which I was made aware of the day before when she called me back and told me everything to bring, she made the 45 min drive from Lee County well worth it, I would def recommend using her services, thanks Angela!

This was the first and last time using liberty tax in Colonial heights. We was never told how much the fees was nor the amount of our return. Had to call back and ask the amount of the return, asked about the fees and was told they would not know until the check came back. Which we was not offered direct deposit was told we would get a check and they would call when it came in. And the political talk was awful. I called corporate waiting on a call back.
